One of the greatest challenges we have had during the advent of technology is the fact that till now many still receive it as a myth. No Kid Behind is an initiative that has come up for the past years to break on to this barrier and demystify what many look into as impossibility.
I spoke with a child in the village and he told me that growing up as a kid he knew things as computers and other technology gadgets were for some high level of people. He never knew one day he will have the chance to see on one and touch the keyboard. There is no way out when we keep pretending that technology is far apart from our future professions. When these kids do not have the opportunity to start liking it from the basics then it will remain a mystery.
Have you noticed that even at the university level so many folks still get scared when asked (are you computer savvy or internet savvy?)
